Here's an annoying thing that should get sorted out --
Why did Bungie change from the "Red team vs Blue team" way of doing KotH and Oddball to the "Friendlies vs. Enemies" way of doing it? Is it going to be this way in the Gold?
To explain -- When I am on the Red team, and the Blue team is holding the ball (it happens more than I would like to admit), the ball indicator on my HUD lights up RED (to indicate that the enemy is in possession). In previous Halo games, it lit up the color of the team that was holding the ball; red was red, blue was blue, green was green... now, all of a sudden there is a new way of doing it and it confused a lot of people (just like it confused people when they saw it in GRAW or R6:V to see the Friendly vs. Enemy style, when they were used to Halo and Halo 2's team colors). Now, across games and developers, fine, they can do things how they want, but why would BUNGIE change mid-stride? Not even mid-stride, but to culminate probably the greatest video game experience of a lot of gamers lives by confusing them, even in the slightest? The numbers show that a blam!-load of ppl still play H2 on Live, and having to switch back and forth is going to be a pain in that blam! Also, the new way is less reporting, which means less information and therefore less empowering to the player to make strategic decisions. If I see the hill is green, but I also see that the entire Green team is dead except for one guy, I am going to give it all I got. If it is just red, I have no idea who is in it or how many.
Please, switch it back! = My two cents.
2nd Question: Are you going to add ANY film editing/enhancing tools/toys to the theater feature during the Beta period?
3rd Question: Tanks? Wraiths? Spectres? Covey Mongooes (Mongeeses?)? Do the Brutes have any vehicles debuting in Halo 3 that we will see in the Beta?
