Well, if that is the reason for the recall, then it is a good reason. Microsoft has a legal obligation to edit that ass out of the game. So as much as we're pissed off, it had to be done... assuming this is correct. I'd rather this be the reason than a manufacturing error tbh. At least if this is the reason, we don't have to carry on with the knowledge that they -blam!- something else up. Now, if this is the reason, how many people won't participate in the recall? And if they don't, will they be "punished" --for lack of a better word-- through the use of exclusive updates and such? Who knows...

It has nothing to do with censorship. It has to do with you agreeing to the Terms of Use and stating that you would abide by the Code of Conduct when you created your B.Net account.
Listen, trooper, it is his decision. You can't make him change his post. If he understands the rules and wants to break them and wants to get potentially banned, let him... it's his potential and hypothetical loss, no? Anyway, if this is bannable material, then you've got about a few days grace period as moderators seem to only come here on a weekly basis.
