F-f-f-f-fling yourself.

I was just playing through on legendary, and at the beginning of Delta Halo where the grunt is usually playing with some fire, instead he was playing with two action figures: Master chief and some covenant unit (i forget which one, the scene is only for a few seconds and I did a double take followed by "bbwwaaa?!").

Has anyone else seen this, is it in the original Halo 2, and are there any more fun eggs in Halo 2 Vista?

Sorry if this is old, but I haven't heard of it yet.

Also, going through campaign, all the AI's seem much more chatty this time around; I've played through Halo 2's campaign a lot before (including legendary) but I'm starting to hear some funny chatter I've never heard before here and there. Am I just crazy, or has anyone else noticed this?

Is it really so hard to use google? I mean, sure it's as natural to me as zipping my fly, but am I one of the select few in this world that aren't totally braindead?

Haha, I did that. I didn't see this anywhere. If it is old, could you point me to somewhere that shows this?

Welcome to 2004!

The reason the Grunt plays with some dolls instead of the usual fire is because you were playing on Legendary. It varies from difficulty.

Do me a favor. Start up Metropolis on a difficulty. Easy, Normal, Heroic, Legendary, anyone. Pay close attention to what Sergeant Johnson says in the opening cutscene. Then start up Metropolis again on a different difficulty and you'll notice that what he says changes from difficulty to difficulty.

This isn't the only instance like this. I remember there was something online that mentioned this, I'm trying to remember what it was.

Awesome, thanks for a real response :)

I know that things can be different on Legendary; I've seen teh differences on Metropolis and other levels many times, I've just been playing this game for years and was surprised to see this for the first time.

But anyone else notice the AI being more chatty in H2V? or is that just my imagination...

Anything and everything you have found in Halo 2 singleplayer and multiplayer has already been found. If you do find anything new it would be in District and Uplift, just like how gearbox did the easter egg, PMM 2003 on their map called timberland not made by Bungie but Gearbox themselves.

Same as the first level in H1, when Johnson is giving the marines a few "encouragement" talks, he changes his speeches with every difficulty.
