Halo2Vista
This is the error message I get everytime I try to join a multiplayer live game. DS or not it does not matter. I can enter the lobby, the server will launch and it goes to the loading screen and I get the error message "We're experiencing some problems. Sorry about that." Only thing I can do is hit ok and it takes me back to the multiplayer server list.

I don't have anyone on a lan than I can try this with a network game, but If I create a game with only me in it, the server will count-down, go to loading screen. Screen goes black for about half a second, another loading screen and I'm back in the server lobby.

Anyone have any idea what is going on? I'm connected to live and I have the update/s.

No one ever heard of this? I've re-installed to no avail.

Do yourself a favor. Put the disk back in the box, take it back to Circut City, and get your money back.

H2V has too many bugs, too little support, and above all too few people who really give a damn about it. Save yourself the pain, get your $50 back, and go buy yourself an ice cream cone and Crysis when it comes out.

F-f-f-f-fling yourself.

I had this problem with Halo 2 for the Xbox, turned out it was an issue with my router: the NAT settings were set to be too strict. If you can find a way to adjust that, you MIGHT fix your problems.

I'll see if I can try, but my 360 is hooked to the same router and I can play halo 2 just fine...

Its your router, When I do not have my configuration set to allow heavy game flow through my router it tends to do that when people are using p2p or others are doing whatever on their comps. So its probably your set up some where. Xbox and Pc gaming are different take it back and just play on xbox if you can't get the issue sorted out. I myself have had no issues with H2vista.

H2V is the only game that does this. I play BF2142, tons of steam games/hl2 mods, stalker etc online. I can have 3 360's hooked up all on the same router all connected to xbox live and have no problems.

I doubt it's my router.

Maybe this game really does suck, thats why they keep pushing it back hah.

Why did u get Halo 2 vista if u already have Halo 2(XBOX)? Does Halo 2 Vista have more grafics, weapons, maps or anything else? I mean I have Halo 1 for XBOX and PC. The only reason I have it for PC is beacause of the Custom Edition. Is there a Halo 2 vista CE comin?

Slaying noobs since 2007.

Can you host a game?
And to REYRICO, some of the people on here haven't played on an xbox, and would rather stick with the greatest gaming expierence that is offered by our fine civilization. And you don't need a ce for Halo 2 Vista, because of the editor's and the upcoming hacks/exploitations that are going to happen soon. (I have a feeling the FF6, and Masterz1337 will come through for us).
