About a year ago I researched building a life size Master Chief suit of armor that could be worn as a costume. At the time I didn't have the financial resources to start such a project. With Halo2 out, and watching the making of Halo2 on DVD has inspired me once again to begin to research the possibilities. This suit of armor would be wearable and made of High Strength Polystyrene or ABS Plastic. I am planning to produce one protype for myself documenting the process with pictures and descriptions along the way to be made open to the community to browse. My question to Bungie would be if there was a 3D model of the master chief that I could rotate and get higher details from instead of still shots? I did purchase an 8" replica model from Spencer's Gifts that will work fine if threre isn't such a 3D model. If anyone can help with suggestions or ideas, or even a 3D Model please let me know.

Hail,

Dang! How long did it take you to make that TheMayaMC? How much did it cost you?
Could you describe how you built it & what/where materials you used for supplies came from?

That's a very good mock battle rifle and the armor is almost a perfect replica!
I was just wondering how feasible (& expensive) building a mock warthog would be (probably using a lifted dune buggy frame).

You'll never lack for a Halloween costume now!
Take care,
Cavmn

You should still do it though. There were a bunch of guys at DragonCon that had really nice looking/realistic suits in a variety of colors. They were moonwalking and stuff. It was tight.
