I spent 4 dollars on multiplayer maps I never go to in matchmaking, and I can't stand, as well as everybody else. And I had to download them again, as well as everybody else.

Tombstone is okay for objective skirmish games but in Slayer, eh everything is just too far away. I would have much rather prefered a brand new map though. Please give us something more small and enclosed!

Desolation, is well... it feels like Foundation and Warlock, and no one likes it plus no one liked it in Halo 1, so what's up Bungie??? Two maps already have the diamond shaped sides with ways to get in the middle and stuff. There's no innovation or anything special. You also get respawned in the worst places.

Well, I just really wished they released some new maps with the Lockout or Ivory Tower idea... everyone seems to love those maps(Lockout, definately) so why doesn't Bungie do what people would like, which makes more sales, and more money

There's just too many wide open maps in the game!!! That's why you only have 1-3 good maps

Desolation is very poor. It's totally host dependant and there's absolutely nowhere to hide. If your style is to run out and die without any tactics, or just get on a pedastal and fire a battle rifle until your trigger finger falls off, then fine. But that's not mine and it's really annoying to play with tactics when you're in a wide open, square room with no cover and who strategy to killing your enemy other than out-firing them, or hoping your teammates help you out (when they usually don't).

Carrots.

yeah, tombstone is great for spiders. I enjoy taking the rocket and watching people who try to get the sniper rifle die at my hands because its in such an odd place, or leading someone behind a tombstone only so they could find out a shotgun was waiting around the corner. That's how I operate. However, small maps are my worst enemy. At least, mainly small maps. lockout is good because it has multiple levels with multiple holes in the floor and multiple ways to get away. If I find myself in a jiffy, I can know where to jump and when, and cut my enemies off. however, desolation is horrible for me. it's hard to wait around corners because you have a hallway where your enemy is coming, and a wide open space for someone else to get you.

"Sure Geza, why not just hide in the middle.

WELL THERE'S A HUGE ASS PLATE OF GLASS THERE.
