A brief point.

Historically, which would be more like Bungie? Hyping a game they had no intention of delivering, and then unapologetically delivering a poor copy of the game they promised; or waging a years-long disinformation campaign in order to protect the secret of the (really cool) Arbiter storyline?

We were promised a Covenant attack on Earth; we got it. We were promised another Halo installation; we got it. We were promised refined (rebalanced) gameplay with a couple of cool new gimmicks; we got it. We were promised a polished, enjoyable multiplayer experience; we got it.

Seriously... put this particular conspiracy theory to rest alongside secret government experiments on aliens, and get back to the game.

Its a great game and i am not upset with the pistol thing u guys. And they did make a LOT of hype. All the dual wielding and -blam!- is great but the storyline, and cmon admit it, is good but they told it like crap.

Thank you NavyGhost! If you miss the pistol from Halo so much try using dual pistols in Halo 2, see how quickly you tear through someone. Bungie did not create any, or very little hype. What created hype was the magazines, the tiny pieces of info that found thier homes at the Bungie forums, you get the point. We made the hype of what Halo 2 was supposed to be.
Haters say they think there is no skill in Halo 2. Try playing single player on Legendary, when you beat that I will listen to your b!tching. Haters say that the pistol from Halo is a weapon that requires "skill". When you first picked up the pistol how quickly were you able to snipe people in Blood Gulch? Just look at the facts, and see what Haters are basing their arguments on.
Haters say there is no skill required in Halo 2, they miss the pistol, Halo 2 does not have the Halo feeling, dual wielding is -blam!-, campaign is horrible and copied from Halo, and many many more things that Haters have said.
I am tired of writting so respond to this, or as Trinity from the Matrix says "Dodge this!"
