Well, heres an easy setup, if you have an Xbox 360 that is.(Normal Xbox users... This would'nt work for you, but you can work your way around it)
First, you will need a capture card of some sort, one that comes with a program that records from various sources.
I use a device called Pinnacle, which you can find Here
Secondly, Have some kind of variation of cables that connects that device to your computer(You can play Xbox 360 on your monitor with a special type of cable) or, to your T.V.

I didn't explain too deeply, thats because i want to be asked specific questions, with which i can answer more effectivly(sp?) to save time of me making a list of how to record Halo 2 montages in different ways.
