GT= Frost1691
No Group Invites.
Worst idea ever...http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=8664824

If it's slayer, Control Br's/ Snipers/ Rockets/ Shotguns/ Swords.....etc.....
Slayer BR, control power weapons.
Objective games, I don't know because I hate those.

Theres a way to do everything in halo. I don't feel like explaining how to do these things so:

So go on http://www.mlgpro.com and watch VoD (Video on Demand). It has all the gameplays at the MLG events. You get to see first hand at what the pros do and how they position themselves in certain situations. Just watch how they setup, how each player shifts there position to handle the situation at hand. Some of them also have commentarys that will show a gameplay of theres and they will talk and explain why they do certain things in the game. Trust me its very helpful.

If your really want to learn you can buy a lesson from a pro for like $25 for 60 minutes. Go to the http://www.thehaloleague.net and navigate your way to lessons.

ive noticed that whenever a team controls brs they ussualy stick together or postion themselves around the map, depending on the size, so they can cover as much of an area as posible and another tip is if you know that you are a bit inexpierenced compared to some of the other players then you should try and stay with at least one team mate - dont try to be a hero unless you have "super powers"

Get three friends, start up a custom game, and practice 3 on 1. Alternate at the end of each match who is the loner. Set the starting weapon to BR and the secondary to random (so you can get practice with all of the weapons.) This way you will get better aquainted with working as a team, and surviving when you're separated from the rest of your team.

Experiment with handicaps as well. The setting I mean.

Actually, I'm going to try that. I'm a good player already, at least thats what my friends say, and that would help alot for Team Hardcore. Thanks for the tip.

CONTROL power weapons. If you do this you will win. Control the swords, rocket launcher, sniper, shotty, and try to control the vehicles on a map.

The best tactic overall is to constantly communicate with your teammates. What opponent is where with what etc.

This leads to teamwork which leads to winning. Simple.

Go into MM with a party of teammates you regularly play with.

Now if I could only follow my own advise and stop playing skirmish on my own ;) Hahaha

well me and my regular team when we play slayer as frost said control the power weapons but in hardcore our strateegy is to get 2 people defending (flag or assault) and 2 attacking (usually me for objective and our best BR covering me) and for oddball we usuall have a person guarding ball carrier and 2 more in the immediate area of him/her. also thatt was a good tip from oddley to communicate alot
