I've just got a quick question about feedback. What does it do to leave positive or negative feedback? How does this help? What does bungie do with the feedback? Thanks for the help guys.

If a player has a lot of bad feedback, then someone starts looking into it. If you're the only person leaving bad feedback for someone, no one will pay attention.

negative can get them suspensed for a while
i got suspensed for a day just because ppl left bad feedback for no reason

Feedback goes directly to XBox Live; Bungie doesn't see Feedback results.

Live does some weird statistical magic with Feedback that they don't talk about much; they don't seem to want folks to know too much about its inner workings to prevent the, er, nastier types from sabotaging or abusing it. However they use it, though, people do end up voicebanned or suspended from Live from Feedback.

-- Steve's received enough angry PMs from banned players to know that Feedback does something... even though it's not something he handles, himself.
