I have two questions.

1. Can you get banned for having a modder on your friends list?
2. Can you get banned for only playing with modders in custom games only and not matchmaking?

1. Probably not. Someome would have to look at your individual list, and then know there is a modder on it. No one really has time to do that.

2. Yes. If the banhammer detects any modded content in any game, it will ban all of those who have a pattern of playing with those gamertags. Its not likely to happen unless you do it all the time though.
