Poll: Do you think there should be a way to remove an overlord? [closed]

Hey,
I know every time this subject is brought up people say you should be careful who you promote but how many time do you see someone that is great at one rank and then just tanks when they get promoted. Obviously I'm in XGC but regardless of what gaming community you're in with some sort of rank structure, it does happen. In XGC you get overlord status when you hit the rank of General, after having staff privileges as a Captain. So many times I see someone who is with out question, a phenominal Captain, and works their butt off as a General in training, but once he/she gets overlord status for what ever reason tank, in their responsibilities.
This is why I think there should be some way to remove someone with overlord status. The only idea I could come up with would be if there were more than one overlord, then it would take a unanimous removal by the "other" overlord and all of the people with staff privileges in the clan. (Say the other overlord and at least four other staffer's in the clan) This way it would keep just a few people from deciding to have some sort of "mutiny" if you will. By needing the agreement of at least four (Again, one of them being the other overlord) then this would be more likely to be a decision that's good for the clan.
