1 any where that you can download Halo maps, Halomaps.org is the best plase.
2 you need a very good internet, no internet using windows open, if it's ping lag, if it's FPS lag, then you may need more RAM and a new GFX card.
3 No, I tryed to stick my H2V DVD into my computer that is running off of XP right now, and it would not read the DVD, it came up with an error, and said no F***.dll file was found. (I can't remember the name of the file)
2. Read it again haha, Oblivion on high, does not equal FPS lag.
What's weird is that I can play Counter Strike: Source on very high and on my cable connection and have almost 0 lag, but I remember when I used to play Halo PC on the exact same PC/Connection I would have horrible lag. Halo PC's netcode is just like that, you always have to lead a lot not matter the ping, such as a 67 ping, its one of the things that makes Halo PC unique, fun and more skill based. :D
Also, Halo PC has been out for 4 years, so even high low-end to mid-end dollar graphic card today (graphic cards costing from 150-250 dollars) can play the game with everything on full and at high resolutions such as 1280x1020 or more. Graphic cards such as a ATI Radeon X1950GT costing 155 dollars.
