First off, if any1 remebers of course, i appologize for a forum i made a while ago about halo 3 going to suck rly bad. Well i waz lying the wole time (dont ask) but yea, i was lying. Got blacklisted for 3 weeks. Anyway....

I was thinking if a person who alwayz tries to get a head shot in game or a person who just shoots for the body first (for the 2 shot kill), which would be a better sniper. A person who goes for headshots or a person who can quickly shoot just the person. I was thinking that maybe a person who is rly fast at shooting just the person itself, somtimes maybe headshooting, but generally just really fast at hitting they're target may possibly be better than a person a just goes for the headshot. Because usually when you shoot a person while the other is scoped, it unscopes them and they have less chance of scoping in for another chance. What are your thoughts.....and of course if you don't understand then ill try to explain a lil better.

getting headshots with all 12 bullets= 12 kills
getting body shots with all 12 bullets= 6 kills

plus getting headshots is a little bit harder, and when you shot them in the head, they dont really know where it came from.

It's preference really. The beam is capable of firing continually if you don't shoot too often so that's an advantage. Also if you really want, you can fire two shots with the beam quicker than you can with the human sniper.

At the end of the day, it comes down to preference. I prefer the human sniper as the reticule is circular compared with the ellipse of the beam.

Huh, never really thought of that. Makes alot of since, head shots get more kills. I think it depends tho on your skill to snipe them in the head also. But both make good points thnx.

Depends on the situation. If you are aiming at an unmoving target, it's better to aim for the head. If they are moving, it tends to be easier and quicker to get 2 body shots.

I'm sorry, but I had the hardest time even finishing that dribble he left us.
Does using a "z" in place of an "s" make you hardXcore?
I think your hit/miss ratio is what counts.
Who cares if you only get headshots or two bodyshots, as long as you get the kill without wasting a ton of ammo.
And don't give away your position, resulting in your death, of course.
