No Matter the Size, Finish the Fight.

I have a message for you trash-talkers without any labeling besides the one given by the subject. Trash-talking has reached to an extent where it begins to create games with no amusement at all. I have grown very tired of people who constantly give others like myself comments filled with nothing but mocking and taunting with a very basic and limited vocabulary (you know what I mean) and waste our time and their time to just make another angry and create an unnecessary argument. Sorry for all the "ands," but after just hearing one other Halo 2 player believe that using a rocket launcher and a sword is "ownage" and to constantly taunt me when I am helpless with 2 against 1 on a small map is just idiotic and pathetic. Why have people made games into a constant "macho competition" to where it only creates frustration and anger? Just for their own pathetic amusement and laughter? Can we not just find a means of keeping ourselves silent when there is nothing good to say? A true player would keep their mouths shut, and if needed, to leave instead of creating hostility with those who came on to Halo 2. You all know that it is "multiplayer," as in if the other people were not online and have a want to play the game like you, you wouldn't be playing and trash-talking at all. So please respect others.
If I must tell more than this by the comments received, then I will continue to make sure I state my reasons for this. I am sure many others are worn down. Think about others instead of yourself and please play fair, unlike a rocket and sword combo noob I know.

I don't use this Gamertag anymore. New GT: pwncakes rool

You know you can mute them right? just ignore them, they WANT you to get mad, when it's 2VS1 just making the lone player so frustrated he just leaves is a common tactic among those who don't want to spend 5 to 10 minutes going 2 on 1. and on a side note, a Rocket/Sword combo may seem noobish but getting all the power weapons is a viable strategy, why give your opponent an advantage? if I have the Sword and Sniper I'm not going to say "Since I have these two you can have the rockets and combo to make it more fair" I want every edge possible to win. but as far as getting an easy as I dunno what kill with a Rocket or Sword and calling it ownage is just a vast overstatement =\

Yes, immaturity is rampant in HALO 2. All my Battlefield 2 friends refer to HALO as the white trash game of XBL. What with #&^% talking, corpse humping and general childishness it is sometimes embarrasing. I love getting stuck being the lone man of 4v1. I play it out and dont give them the satisfaction of making me quit. I

was in this situation one time on Foundation. I was getting destroyed and one player in particular thought he was hot stuff cuz he could win 4v1. He would tea bag my dead body and talk all sorts of crap. One by one his teammates got bored and quite till it was just he and i. On our first 1 on 1 encounter i stuck him as he tried crouch walking around a wall. He quit. It was AWESOME. I wanted to send him a message and that said "You aint so hot with when it aint 4 on 1." No one is impressed that a team can win 4 on 1. But a lot of HALO players are immature and for that we are ALL getting a bad rap.

No Matter the Size, Finish the Fight.

I appreciate that you guys have answered to this thread and I hope Halo 3 does not include these annoying toddlers on it. The game is rated "M"ature, as in only mature players should be playing this game. I just finished a match with another trash talker who called me "trash" when I was not even mocking him at all. I don't see how I am disposable waste since disposable waste can not hold a controller, have eyes, or even talk. That's just my view on that bizarre label.

Trash talking is usually a sign of a bigger problem in that persons life. They can be someone who is picked on alot either in school or in the work place. They have low self esteem and feel they can hide behind a mic and talk tough to everyone with no penalty what so ever.Alot of the time these people who talk severe trash just usually have a small -blam!- and try and make up for it by talking someone else down and making themselves feel better. The problem being is if you were too meet 98% of these people who talk alot of trash they would probably soil themselves and run away. You have to be able to back up your trash talk in real life.If your gonna call someone out and challenge them in real life....well then boy you better step to the plate.

Yeah, but that's opinion not fact. The truth is you guys can't say anything about these people. You don't know what they're like in real life, what they look like, how big their dick is, or where they live. All you say about them is pure assumptions.

trashtalkers are hillarious. I love it when they tell me that I am a female dog and a male homo-blam!- and how they somehow "raped" me, because they beat me in a game of halo. it gives me good laughs. lol.

I personally love it when the losing team trash talks in the post game lobby saying that they won. I mean that's just good times. But seriously, no one has any reason to trash talk unless one is so immature that they feel that they must put others down in order to feel good. However, in a MP game like Halo 2, trash talking to the other team can make them lose focus of what they want to accomplish during the game and goad them into making blind mistakes. So, sadly, trash talking can sometimes be a tactic against opponents who may not be that calm and level-headed.

I mean seriously... who ever made the word "-blam!-" now become the new word for "own"? its like before EVERY game I'm in, I hear these guys going like "ARE YOU GUYS READY TO GET RAPED?" or "I RAPED YOUR MOM LAST NIGHT" and when its over, they are like "OH -blam!--AGE!!!".

and the sad thing is, most of them have very deep voices and sound like they are over 18. lol.
