Halo 1 doesn't work with Xp-64.

Halo 2... well... it's on the COVER. 'Requires Vista'

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

Does Windows Live work on the 64 bit version? Judging by that error message...

make sure you have upgraded vista on windows update, but apart from that i went 64bit ultimate, nothing worked so just went to 32bit, no problems since, so thanx Bill, MICROSOFTS DONE IT AGAIN! They dont even support their own fingerprint reader for Vista 64bit!

That error message refers to xlive.dll. I was in the Windows Live beta, and had to manually install the file C:\WINDOWS\System32\xlive.dll. The file is a dynamic link library that contains the graphical user interface to Windows Live, and if it is missing, the game wont work. Try searching the CD for either xlive.dll or xlive.dl_ and move it to C:\WINDOWS\System32.

Slaying noobs since 2007.

64-bit Vista isn't stable enough for the casual applications.
