What do you think the monitors roll in Halo 2 will be (if you watch the end credits in halo 1, at the end it shows the 343 guilty spark floating in space), also, remember the flood were attacking the truth and reconsilliation, maybe the flood escaped on that ship, and will make an appearence in halo 2? Im mostly about the multiplayer for halo, but it would be intresting to see what happens with these possibilities.

Yeah, but I doubt he would bother with conquering the covenant, his only intrest was to sustain the flood, and like i said, he lives so, im thinking the flood got away on the truth and reconsilliation and the monitor will be back, to do, what he was made to do.

Good thoughts, though may I suggest reading the books. In the second, Halo: The Flood, it turns out that a group of ODSTs (Helljumpers) invade the Truth and Reconciliation. They we're going to take it over and meet up with the Master Chief. Though thanks to the actions, purposefully, of one Liutenant McKay (If I remember right), she blew up the Truth and Reconciliation along with all the Flood aboard it. So theres no way the Flood got off the planet, at least not through that method.

As for 343 Guilty Spark, it seems quite evident that he'll make an appearance. My guess is that he'll end up being an aggressor on the next Halo construct you board as Master Chief (Or the Secret Character; see my string on the Halo 2 Plot).

You know...This is the second string I've read with you in it; If you're going to write DER, I suggest you at least use correct grammar and consistence spelling, so as not to seem mentally challenged yourself.

There is nothing wrong with it; therein lies though that I don't think you should appropriately use "DER," as it is used in a derogatory term to offend those of mental handicaps, or to propriorate that they may have said mental handicaps. As a result, that might be offensive to some people (not myself, but some people). Also if you yourself are handicap I doubt you want people to scream DER in your face.
