"I myself do not have a copy of halo 2 vista, but i was wondering why there are almost no user made maps out there."
To be honest, I dont think that many people have this game.
1. It requires Vista, there goes 70 percent of the players
2. Live is buggy, there goes another 10 percent. They cant freaking login.
3. Reviews are shoddy, a 7 out of 10 at gamespot is IMO right on the money, people see that and they don't buy - another 10 percent
4. Discussion on forums that its a jacked up port with missing features and somewhat sloppy - another 5 percent or so.
ZERO feedback from M$ or Hired Bum (yes I call them that now) on issues and Live problems.
If you ask Bungie about H2V, they say "what? that didnt goto PC yet? I thought they were still working on Halo 1 for PC right ??? Definitely no help there.
That leaves not many people buying it... as evidenced by the online community.
The MOST I have seen online is around 55 people. Thats for ALL servers. And thats when the in game browser is working.
I have seen 2 custom maps online on empty servers in 3 weeks, and both times those servers are locked.
Not anything factual, just my obsservations, just my 2 cents
