UPDATE: I am sufficiently convinced that this has to do with Halo 3. There is also a great (if somewhat spammier) discussion going on in the Halo 3 forum about this incident. For these reasons, I am going to ask a moderator to lock this thread up. Thanks for participating, and I'll see you in the Halo 3 forum discussion!

I know that there is a "no threads about specific users" rule, but I hope that this warrants an exception from the usual. I also hope that the mods decide that until this thread is confirmed to have something to do with Halo 3, a post in the Community forum is appropriate.
As many of you may have already seen (and many may not have, since some of you avoid the Halo 3 forum like the plague), this morning at 10:26 AM, a mysterious message appeared in the Halo 3 forum entitled, "System Integrity Confirmed." The thread was created by a user named AdjutantReflex, whose system security role is "CompoundIntelligence."
AdjutantReflex's text is gold.
AdjutantReflex claimed to be "facilitating Array requirements."
After exactly 100 excited and confused replies from forumgoers, AdjutantReflex locked and stickied the thread. The thread was open for about two hours.

Some hypothesized that he is the monitor of a new Halo that will be seen in Halo 3. Others thought that he is a rampant AI loose in Bungie's systems. Is it a new ARG? Something to alleviate our depression caused by the end of the Beta? Or is it real?
Read the thread and decide for yourself. I've just found something that will keep me not-bored for the rest of the afternoon! I will update this thread as new information is found. I will also create a Bungiepedia article about it and keep that updated as well.
Discuss your thoughts!
EDITS/UPDATES:
AdjutantReflex confirmed that he entered Bungie's systems "by force," but stated that it was irrelevant because there was no hostile intent.
AdjutantReflex then moved to HBO, creating a series of posts there as well. See his HBO thread here.
AdjutantReflex's mysterious closing, stating "871803909 ± 384 hours since event," works out to 99,520.99 years, plus or minus 16 days. By the time of Halo 3's events, it will be about 100,066 years since the "event."
