wow learn how to type, this is your first problem you need help with. second, it's probably just a dirty lens in your 360. Get a laser disc cleaner for it

Let's just confirm a few things before I give any advice

1. Do other games work?
1a. if not, does the 360 make any noise (spinning the disc) when you put a disc in it
2. Have you tried it with the 360 in both the vertical and horizontal position?
3. Have you tried other types of discs such as DVD's, CD's, other original Xbox games, or 360 games?

It seems odd that the problem would be limited just to Halo 2. Try some other games, movies, and cd's and let me know what happens.

1-i tried f.e.a.r and gears of war and they both work
1a-no.only the noise of the intercooler
2-yup.dosent work in any of those
3-i tried 360 games put the only original x-box game i have is halo 2..dvd works well.I tried 3 different halo 2 disc and none of them work in my 360 but it did in my friend x-box

When you put Halo 2 in does the 360 attempt to boot it? In other words, does it take you to the white splash screen w/ the xbox logo on it before giving you the error, or does it just give you the dirty / damaged error immediately?

Is the 360 connected to the internet?

Try removing the intercooler - not just shutting it off, physically take it off of the 360 - they cause problems with power flow to the 360.

Okay Blood x suckaa, looks like you have a bad Halo 2 save file or emulator. Chances are one of the two got corrupted.
There are a couple of things you can try:

1:: Make sure your 360 is empty, no games. Delete your Halo 2 save file on your HDD. Reboot the 360. Put your Halo 2 disc in and re-download the Halo 2 emulator. Things should run smoothly. This seems to be the real problem as it sounds like you are not able to access your emulator on your HDD.

If that doesn't work.....

2:: Go over to XBOX.com and check out the self help section under the technical forum. The guys over their are pretty knowledgagle. What you want to look for is how to clear the system ram. What this will do is basically stop the 360 from thinking, and force it to reset all of its inner workings. Problem with this is that you will need to reset any settings you have made. CC Numberes, wireless router passwords, etc.

If none of these help, check around the XBOX technical forums. Those guys are pretty resourceful. And since you are able to play other games, it does look like the problem is your Halo 2 save or Emulator. That is a good starting point.

Best of luck to you.

Ok guy, I don't care if you are french or not, you do not need to come in here and just start telling people off like that.
Granted that guy didn't have anything useful to contribute, but you should be a better person and not flip out like that.

I think he needs to have an eye kept on him

Hey, sorry I dipped out yesterday - you need to clear the system cache. Instructions can be found here.

If that doesn't work, I'm at a complete loss.
