How does XBL know who in the top 64 will be legit? They cannot tell between boosters, and others who match up against eachother?
I'm a 19 in H2 Challenge, been playing alot for the past three days, And today when i got that high, i started to notice that alot of the higher ranks now know eachother, or are in the same clans..
The last game i played there was a 25, some 19's and 20's also, out of the 8 people in that game, 3 were in the same clan, and 2 were in another same clan. and only I and the other two randoms have not played against eachother....(one of the randoms also got host, and apperently "lagged" when he was in 7th, up to 1st.. then the lag settled.
How is it possible to have a tournament on XBL for Halo2, the most cheated game, legitly?
What if some of the top people didnt register? They cheated(in whatever way) to get higher ranks, and didnt sign up? how does that effect other competitors?

(Edit) Btw: If people boost, and its against the rules, then the people that are playing legit will lose, im pretty sure ill make it to the top 64, but if every1 else up at the top is cheaing in one way or another, i probably will lose rank, down and out of the top 64...
