Subject: Lukems, you made a big Typing Error...

All great trilogies end in fives.

In the Halo 3 Weekly update, you posted 35-ish years, when it should be days. And 815-ish years, when it should be hours. Not a major mistake, but you should fix it.

He meant player-years, the accumulated total of all players in the Beta.

Also, you contradict yourself by calling it 'big' and then 'not a major mistake'.

Either it is big or it isn't.

However, he did misuse an apostrophe in the previous article about the CGI stuff :P.

SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

Bungie has no choice but to fire him now. I think it would go something like this;

Some Bungie big-wig: "Luke, one of the forum goers noticed a BIG typing error in your News article. I'm afraid I have no choice but to fire you."

Luke: "What did I do?"

SBB-W: "Apparently you posted something about 35 years when you meant days, and something about 800 or so years when you meant hours."

Luke: "Ummmm, but that was what you told me to write."

SBB-W: "True, but someone found it, and thought it was inconstant, so it was clearly a massive error, and now you're fired."

Luke: "Okay, I guess I can see things from your perspective. I'll pack my things and go."

SBB-W: "Good luck to you young man."

Luke: "Thank you. I hope Halo 3 is very successful."

SBB-W: "What's a Halo?"

*world explodes*

You may be asking yourself; "why would Bungie fire him when he made no mistake, and why would the world explode?"

The answer to both questions is probably 42.

Evilcam, I believe you have not only figured out the ultimate question, but you figured out that there are two of them! Everyone: get ready for this universe to disappear and be replaced by another, more inexplicable one.

Idk, but it might look like this

I definatly think if the universal reset button were to ever be pushed, he would be the one to push it.

wow.....somebody missed the joke evilcam.

obvious reference: here is an portion from the wiki;

"The Answer to The Ultimate Question Of Life, the Universe and Everything is a theoretical solution in Douglas Adams' book series The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. The "Answer" is simply "42". In the story, the Answer to the Ultimate Question about Life, the Universe, and Everything is produced using the hypercomputer Deep Thought. It generated the Answer after a very long computation time (7.5 million years); however the computer's abilities proved insufficient when asked to provide the Ultimate Question to match the answer of 42. Thereafter, the answer given by Deep Thought prompts the protagonists to embark on a quest to discover the Question to which this is the Answer"

way to ruin it, dude
