Expose yourself to your deepest fear; after that, fear has no power, and the fear of freedom shrinks and vanishes. You are free. -- Jim Morrison

Hey everyone... i am new to bungie.net but i have been playin halo 2 for about a year. I am not very good at slayer or the objective games but i have a very great skill in swat, i usually get about 30 kills a game and have 5-10 deaths... i have received many killimanjaro/killtrocity medals. I wish i could have a chance to prove to someone how good i am at swat. But, if not if anyone wants to start a major Swat Team/Clan Please send me a message concerning it My name is Luke and my gamertag is Staab12... if there is anything else please send me a message via internet or xbox live..

SWAT isn't fun, requires hardly any skill IMO. Anyway on topic, your in the wrong forum try the Classifieds.

why don't you play snipers then

Please no group invites... I only play MLG customs and don't spend my time wasting it on groups, clans or any other internet social crap.

This isn't a bash, but you should not asked questions with games like this, specially if you have played for a year.

You're probable going to get flamed, because the fact you don't need any skill to play SWAT. A single, bullet kills Everyone turns their sensitivity WAY up, and just -blam!- people. SWAT is the big reason I played on an 8 sensitivity. I started playing on a 10 because of SWAT. You might also think you're good, becuase no one really good plays. It's generally many beginners..

When it was ranked, and levels 25+ it came down to pure (hostiblit).

Not trying to flame here, but couldn't it be argued that it DOES take skill since your opponents can kill you just as easily as you can them?

Yeah, I would say it takes some skill, but not as mouch as other gametypes. A lot of luck goes into running into someone from the side or behind and only having to hit them once to kill them.

I've got a fan!

Yes try classifieds, and swat takes no skill, stop bragging, you shoot and sweep and get like 50 billion kills off of one burst.

well you have to be skilled enough to hit someone in the head, i've played many people who couldn't even accomplish that.

In Halo, with all that auto aim, not really.

ok then, the people shooting at me must of have had serious issues then because if you see me first in a swat game then I should be dead, not you see me first, shoot me twice giving me enough time to spin around and put one through your head for the victory before you can. I'm not saying SWAT takes skill, but I am saying it takes enough skill to aim at or near someones head :)

You realize this is not really true. If you just swipe around the head while you shoot you almost always get a head shot. Plus idk if its been patched, but if you scope in on someone's stomach, then unscope and fire, it acts as if your shooting them in the head. Plus when i have played swat for fun in the past i find that ppl like to sit at the ends of high traffic areas, and just randomly fire in the direction that they know people will come. And no matter how much skill you think swat takes, it takes no where near the skill of gametypes like hardcore, so if you wanna be a good H2 player thats the game you should be on.
