Teamwork means staying out of my way.

I was billed twice for the new maps. I downloaded them to my original Xbox and payed $4. I got my 360 today, downloaded them again, and got billed! Where can I report this to get official support on the issue. Is this the right place?

That was no mistake. You have to pay for it for every Box it goes on. They expressed this many times, I guess you must have miss it though. Sorry man.

As stated, that is no mistake.

Just be glad that you never got a corrupted data error, so you had to download it again costing another 4$ -- Happened to a friend of mine.

It was my understanding that I read the same gamertag would not be billed more than once no matter how many times it had to be downloaded.

I'm afraid that assumption was incorrect. Frankie said that you will be charged every time you DL the maps to a different console, "so choose carefully". You just got your 360 so you could not choose carefully, but there was no error in your being charged again. That's the way the system is supposed to work.

You would not be charged any more than once when DLing the maps on the same console. But, if you want to put them on other consoles, you would be charged again, because you're putting the maps on different hardware.
