my roflknife goes sliceslicesliceslice
After many hours of work I got vista on my PC and have got the vista driver for my video card. I go to install vista and all i get is a error message that says I need Vista to install Halo 2. Well I have Vista I am using it right now but the Halo 2 disk thinks I do not have Vista installed when I do in fact have vista installed. I had a heck of a time getting Vista installed. I first had to download the vista drivers for the video card then turn of the computer. I had to remove the video card since Vista would not boot with it. The driver would not install so I had to put it back in and put Vista in safe mode to get it to boot. then had to instal the driver then restart vista gain. then I needed new drivers for my sound card but could not get them because my network card was not working with vista. I get that working then download and install the sound card drivers for Vista. Now the game is telling me I do not have Vista when I do in fact have Vista. Does this mean the Halo 2 disk is defective?
