Another question - how does it exactly work? Does whoever hosts the match determine how the game works?

My friend is on 1.0 and i'm on 1.1 - we didn't realize it until yesterday - but one day we were playing one of his noshield games (we 1v1 system link) and we thought something was very weird about the fact that at least my frontal melees did nothing, and also how long the grenades took to go off.

WOW what a prick :-)

I think it wont matter about the 1.5 or1.2 or what ever these were for online play offline lan ect istnt affected.

You can do a LAN with two different patches, the patch that the game uses depends on what patch the hosting XBox has.

the patches only keep you from playing MATCHMAKING with them.

It should just take the most recent patch.

And if you put your 360 hard drive in his 360 the console will update itself.
