on HBO yesterday i found a piece of footage adveritising halo with the GeForce2 GTS, commenting on how both ran so perfectly together. Looked like it had just the same pixel shading stuff inside, no different to xbox halo. So how come the people who now own geforce 2s or 4MX's can only run in a painful fixed function, 640x480 mode, when previously it looked so beautiful? What has changed? Why cant it be resolved in a patch? PLEASE!
