I bought a new rig for the next gen of games and reinstalled my games including halo:ce. All is fine except half of the characters' bodies (trees also) are stretched through the floor at about 45 to the end of the rendered box. I tried it first with the latest drivers and then with nhancer. tried turning down the settings but no look. Any suggestions/answers?
PC: duo E6600 @ 2.4ghz
2g ram
nvidia 8800gtx
running on XP atm.

I'm guessing this is already present but after looking through 40 pages and then realising there was about 500 more, I gave up.

That's why there is a search function. Anyway, I don't have any idea how to help you out but hopefully this will bump it up so someone who does know can see it.

Here you will need this to help you get your foot out of the back of your throat, looks llike its in there pretty deep. And what is that on your face? Egg?! *hands Kim a washcloth*

Can you take a screenshot of this as it sounds like either bad drivers or overheating.

*edit* and a more obvious one here as you can see the mc has the problem too.

Update your drivers and make sure the card isn't overheating.

Does it sometimes take a while to start happening? Overheating probably then. ;)

Yes this only happens on Halo:Combat evolved. Anti alaising is already off and it happens from the start (openng cinematic even). It wont be overheating not with an 8800gtx, it only warms up to Supreme commander :p
