hi im having a problem with halo 2 where i set my resoulution to 1680x1050 and it appers to be streached, this is the resoulution that windows runs in and is the native of my screen, this only hapens in halo every other game is fine, does anyone know how to fix this, if it helps i am running an ATI X1950 pro.

is that a supported res for H2V (should be)

is there an auto adjust on your moniter? also try changing the refreash rate ingame.

ya its supported, yes there is anauto adjust but it doesent do anything, the ownly refresh rate avalible for 1680x1050 is 60hz, any ideas

try changing your desktop refreash rate

You're out of luck. Unforutnately, Halo 2 doesn't like 16:10 displays and will display Horizontally correctly at 4:3, 16:9, and 5:4 (IIRC).

If we could adjust the FOV as well that'd be nice.

Most of the PC issues posted here are the result of PEBKAC.

Did you try adjusting it in the monitor settings?
