Ok i just bought halo 2 vista about two days ago and it uploaded and whatnot so now i am playing it today and its a one on one and it's laggy as crap. even during campaign!!! what is wrong??

This could be several different issues at hand, but if it is a connection problem I think I can help. If you are playing online make sure that your Windows Firewall is set to medium or low to allow more trust between your computer and the host's computer. Reset your modem and/or router before going online which will make sure your connection is alright. To repair your connection or get Windows Vista help you visit this page here. If the problem is in fact worse or for other various reasons I suggest contacting your internet service provider and/or Windows Technical Support here.

did you originaly have xp and just upgraded your computer to vista.

Vista needs at least 2gb to run efficiently. 1gb plus gamee= :(

hogwash, I got 1.5 and its fine.

Laptops usually use wireless networking and that isn't the best for gaming. Its best to have a wire to the router to maintain a solid connection.
