Ok, what I want to know is, how does this achievement system work with your Xbox Live gamertag if it's a PC game? I have many more questions about this but....I'm not sure how to voice them. But if anyone can answer this qustion I'll be happy.

*edit* after re-reading the FAQ, I noticed the Xbox 360 controller thing...Do you have to have a wired controller to do that or can you somehow do that with a Wireless controller? And what did it mean about Silver memberships?

And I am verry sorry for these simple questions but...I just don't know...

Your Xbox Live gamertag is identical to the one for your pc, it's one central gamertag which tracks all your achievements and games played on both systems, in essence, Xbox Live and GFWL are one and the same system.
So if you earn achievements with H2V it just adds them to your current gamerscore.
To use a 360 controller with a pc, you can use a wired controller directly on your USB-port or you can use the wireless controller with a usb receiver made for the controller which you have to purchase.
GFWL has two memberships, Gold and Silver: Gold will set you back about 50$ a year, for that you get online achievements, multiplayer matchmaking, cross-platform play with the 360 and voice chat plus all the features Silver has.
With Silver you can play online against PC players, get singleplayer achievements, messaging and friends system...
If you already have an Xbox-Live gamertag you don't have create a new one, if you have Xbox-Live Gold account you won't have to pay for GFWL Gold.
If i missed anything someone else will fill it in.

The Live account? Yes. The controller? Whatever suits your taste.

Baronn where you say you can play cross platform with 360 people, read the FAQ there is no cross play.

For Halo 2 Vista, no, there is no cross-platform gameplay because Halo 2 Vista doesn't support it to begin with. Other games, such as Shadowrun, support cross-platform gameplay and thus if you have a Gold account you can play cross-platform.

Just had to clear that up.
