How classic. A level nine complaining about quitters. A simple solution at this stage is to be good at halo 2. After you get above 30, then you 'might' have the right to be disgruntled about quitters. Right now though, you just seem like a whiney kid finding excuses for why he (she? doubt it.) can't get above lv 9. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I know sometimes the stats don't show up right.
Uhm...Are you all there in the head? You do realise the ranks were reset and a 'level 30' could very well be a 'level 9' right now? And no matter how good you are, 1 person can't take on four unless those four really -blam!--ing sucked.

The OP needs to keep in mind that Bungie put in the quit button for a reason. I don't play Halo 2 that much anymore (because my 360 is broken and I'm waiting for H3), but people quit games for reasons other than losing the match. One match the other team was winning and one of their guys quit. That just shows that he actually has a job, girlfriend, or actual life.
So OP, in conclusion, quit -blam!-ing about people quiting and go outside.
So finishing a match YOU JOINED to atleast be courteous and maintain a level of fun for your team members means you have no life? Hahahahaha.
And for the record I disagree with banning but they should be punished by perhaps losing ALOT more rank points in that match if the team loses. Things come up, I agree with that but I'm sure the OP was referring to people who quit for silly reasons (not liking a map, gametype, losing the lead by one point).
And if you're busy and KNOW you're going to have to quit soon, WHY play a ranked game?
