Okay, so I just got back playing Halo 2. I was off since January. And I saw there is new maps.... Can I buy those maps with microsoft points? If you can, how many is it?
The Blastacular Pack is only available in the Halo 2 Content Download area, which can be accessed through the Halo 2 Xbox Live Main Menu. However, their have been some technical difficulties with purchasing the map pack such as invalid credit cards and other miscellaneous issues. They are supposedly going to be free within the next month so if I were you I would just wait a little longer.

Trailer Park Boys ~ One of the best Canadian made comedies ever.

Since Halo2 is an original Xbox game, the Xbox 360 feature Microsoft points cannot be used.

They're are only available to purchase by credit card. Next month the maps are free so I would wait until then :)
