You need a HUB/Switch, and then some ethernet cables. You can hook up to 16 Xboxes.

First of all you can connect up to two systems just with the ethernet cord that came with the xbox 360, simply by connecting the two with the same ethernet cord into the ethernet slots on both of the 360's. If you want more you can get a router, then you will need a ethernet cord for each 360 and then connect them to the router. With this you can go up to 16 systems connected at one time.

you need a crossover ethernet cable. it IS NOT a regular ethernet cable. there is an xbox(original) system link cable or you can use any crossover cable(I think they're called cat 5e).
