Ok first of all I want to say that I am playing with all settings on high with no visible lag or FPS dropping. In fact, this is the only problem I can find at all.
Whenever a cutscene plays, certain objects such as covenant ships, master chief, marine and elite armor, the arbiter, human ships, etc. all flicker very quickly, almost as if certain sections go from wireframe and back again several times a second. I have no idea what could be causing this, and since my current kickass computer is online-challenged, I cant record it and show it to you guys. I'm asking if anyone has this same problem and knows how to fix it, or if anyone just knows how to fix it.
I appreciate all submissions, unless you are either: A flamer, a troller, an -blam!-, or any combination of the three. (Ijuumpin will be allowed.)

No image tags? Bleh!

Yeah, go to run, type in dxdiag, click display, that should show you your graphics card. Search the name of that card with drivers on the end, or say yours is Nvidia, search Nvidia drivers, and go through the process on the nvidia site.
