I think maybe some terminology is getting cross-confused, possibly for good reason. LAG, a tech term meaning the delay in information being digitally transmitted for various reasons versus LEAD, the amount of space you have to aim ahead of a moving target in order to score a hit. I think there is a certain amount of lead programmed into the game to make aiming more realistic. I also think that the range that the digital rounds have to travel and a players aiming point are effected by the information lag. Kind of like when watching somebody tea-bag another player. To the tea-bagger, he sees himself perched lovingly over the face of his downed adversary. To the rest of us, we see the tea-bagger rather idiotically dry-humping empty space a few feet away from his intended victim.
The original post read more like they were speaking of the difference in the lead needed to score a hit between H2 and H3b considering that they specifically spoke of the BR, one of the weapons requiring you to lead a target as opposed to a beam weapon that is point and click.
As far as the other comments. I agree, I like the CC over the BR. I like either full-auto or semi-auto instead of a three-round burst. The BR shouldn't have such a time span from burst to burst. That fraction of a second typically means the difference between victory and getting the aforementioned tea-bagging.
