Ok I have a problem and for some reason X-BOX support hasn't been able to help me. The other day I got a 2nd charge for the new map pack. I call xbox they asked me a few times if i recovered my account on another system I hadn't so they were like we will give you a refund. Ok not a big deal. the problem is I then logged into bungie. net and saw that someone was also playing Halo 2 with my gamer tag when no one was even at my house. I call them back and let them know this they tell me delete that gamer profile then recover my gamer tag then go to passport .net and change my password. I did all of this then I get home today and find out that whoever it is was still able to do it again. I call xbox back and they tell me that they have no clue what else to do and say I should contact bungie.net since its on their website that i am seeing someone else using my account. Bungie doesn't have a phone number under contact info so here I am. I'm hoping that someone at bungie sees this and can help me. Or anyone. Please I need help to make sure that this stops.
