ok so about6 months ago i upgraded my processor, anyways all this time i have been having this problem with halo pc starting, its not becuase i have the trial version because i do have the disk, not only that i have tried this with multiple disks, but multiple product keys too, i can run silkroad online fine, so im pretty sure i can run halo

The only time this happens to me is when I leave the game set to a resolution, then use a different display that cannot accept that resolution. It just kicks you back to the desktop. Looks in the stickies or use google and try to force the game to start in "safe mode" which would be like 640x480 resolution.

If you are using an illegal copy of the game and trying, in your words, "multiple product keys" then perhaps those keys have been rejected and may God have mercy on your gaming soul.

This is probably the cause of your problem
The solution is probably on this page

Try putting -vidmode at the end of the Command Line Parameter window when you click "properties" on the Halo icon.

Oh, and please don't double post, or post multiple threads asking for help on the same subject. If you didn't get a solution on your first thread, what makes you think another is going to have better luck.
