I was wondering if there is a address or procedure to see if someone has been banned or why they have been banned, and also if i can do something about the being banned part. Reverse the banning if it is possible or not.

You will know if you are banned if A) you won't be able to see the forums or B) you can't post a reply or topic. To 'reverse' the effect, you wait. That is all you can do. As to see if someone is banned, simply go into the main forums and search for one of their posts, if they are banned, the post will be hidden, or, if it is a topic they made, it will read this:

Moderator Notice: This user has been blacklisted from this forum. Until the user is removed from the blacklist, all posts this user has made have been hidden, and all topics created by this user have been censored.
To see why they were banned, simply ask them.

Indeed. Actually, a minor correction: if I'm not mistaken, you can still view the forums, even while you're blacklisted. From what I've heard, that wasn't the case on the older site, though.

Hahaha, I heard about that, so I just put the 'A' and 'B' thing in. As for Halo 2 Matchmaking, you will be able to know if you attempt to go into matchmaking but you are unable to.
