I'm playing team skirmish trying to get to 25 then stop for the day. My team and I match up with the same team ( UK Players ) 3 or 4 times in a row over the course of an hour or so. The host isn't great and the same person on the other team is getting host. We win all games and eventually we get called cheaters.

Reasons I Heard us being called cheaters :

-Our ranks were slightly higher than theirs.
-Lag ( not our host )
-I shot him with a SMG from medium range and the bullets hit him.
-I am an American and I ruin the game because all Americans cheat.

The reason I am bringing this up is because I was left cheating feedback obviously and I want to know if it counts against me though I was not cheating?

You shouldn't care if you were called a cheater if you weren't cheating. If I said you ate blueberries on your breakfast cereal and you didn't who'd care?
"Dude but I'm allergic to blueberries!!!"
"I P'wnd your blueberry eating butt, strawberries rule!!"

Sure it doesn't make sense but it's Halo 2 not real life.

If you werent cheating then they wont find suffient evidence to ban you so you have nothing to worry about. However if you were bridging, standbying, or circle boosting you might want to consider playing legit

yeah no offence guys but im ausie and when we get into a party together, we get host and americans have lag and when we win they call us cheaters and modders because they had lag. and also one match, we won with host and in the postgame carnage report, the other team was going off at someone on their team because he failed to bridge host... then they called us cheaters and modders and bridgers... that is like the only thing on live that i take offence from...

Once again.
Blueberries vs. Strawberries.
I take no offense if I do nothing wrong.
The team that is mad at one of their party for not Bridging is abhorent.
You played a party of cheaters. Whether they did or didn't in that game doesn't matter. They admitted it.
You didn't cheat you shouldn't care.
My grandmother, God rest her soul, always said that when someone is saying something mean to you that you should go out of your way to be nice to them. This does one of two things. One: it makes them realize that they were wrong and they'll feel bad, or Two: When your nice to them it enragse them and really makes them mad.
In real life this was hard to do as a child. Enraging someone in front of you was not always the best thing to do. But in a world where you'll never see the guy it's no problem. Either they'll regret being an idiot or they'll be really mad at your self control. It's a win-win. You don't stoop to the bad guys level and you don't do anything wrong.
Trust me it works. I'm always very positive in the lobby. Sometimes it's Yelling and telling me how bad I am.
"Yep, you're right boys, you had a really good game, congrats" (This infuritates them mostly)
Sometimes it's yelling then they say hey you're realy cool party up.
"sorry boys I'm sure you guys are good but I'm just not interested in playing with people that are such poor winners/losers, have fun in your next game without me." (God knows what they think but hopefully they think that they were poor sportsman, if not then I planted the seed.

Halo 2's in-game feedback system doesn't do anything, don't worry about. Unless they used the Xbox 360 Guide to file a complaint about you, then Microsoft is looking in on it. But if it was with Halo 2's in-game feedback system, you're fine
