I brought my xbox over to my friends house and we began to play Halo a lot. Then my friend brought up the question, "How long is the time span between the beginning of Halo 2, and the end of Halo 2?" He says about half a year. I think about 3 months. What do you think?

Not more than a few days.

The battle above Earth is still happening when they get back.

Of course, the speed of Slipspace travel could distort time, but who knows. It wasn't that long, that's for sure. I'd say 1-2 days.

And so... during this does the Master Chief like take naps or what? Maybe sit down for a little...? Also, while your the arbiter does the master chief still fight the cov, or is it like "paused" until your the chief again?

No, I'm pretty sure the levels aren't in chronological order when it comes to the switch between the arbiter and MC. There's probably some overlay, like if you finish an MC level, you go back in tiem a bit to start an Arbiter level, there's definitely some overlay.

The Chief may get small breaks at some points, but I doubt there are many.

Yeah, I guess you gotta a point there. The chief has to be pretty badass to like, destroy an army of covenent in 1-2 days. Teh only way I could do something like that is if I had like 10 energy drinks before hand.

What does MC eat? does he ever get any? what does he do on his free time? does he have a telephone? how about pets, has MC ever had any pets? and his fingernails and toenails, does he have to cut them? does he ever take off his suit? well yeah he does cause he changed it from halo 1 to halo 2. does he wear underwear? how about an undershirt? does he have curly hair or none at all? what colour are his eyes? does he ever feel bad when he kills those cute little grunts? if he saw a grunt woman or child, would he kill them? where does he go to the bathroom?

Heh Heh. Well you see, MC's suit is like a space suit. He can "go" inside and all that. As for that other stuff, he probally does things like that between levels like when he's being air lifted somewhere.

I doubt a small grunt family would risk their lives out in the batlefield like that.

Inside of MC's suit, I think, could be some kind of leathery material that could serve as undergarments. In a situation like this, I doubt the MC has any where else to go besides where the marines and all them are. I don't think he has time to vacation off on some beach somewhere.

grunts are easy targets, you can walk up to them and they'll scream in horror, they are funny not cute
