Subject: everyone starts from somewhere so dont jip the begginers

when i irst started and did appalingly why was i given so much stick by the people who were doing realy well, its like they cant understand it takes sum practice. I'm still not amazing now but when i see someone on a lower level than me i give them loads of encouragement and so should everyone else.

it's just a game

Tell me about it. There's nothing to be done though. Sad, inadequate nerds who are filled with rage and bitterness do seem to love this game, and love to assert their superiority with insults from behind the anonymity of the internet. Try to find some cool people to play with, it's much better.

You're asking people to state which non-released game they like better?

It's like asking a virgin whether they like being on top or on bottom.

Some people on these forums really need to learn to type properly. *Cough*CasiosX*Cough*... Ahem what was that.

But yeah I agree with you man, even though on days where I'm feeling really mad at the world, because of family issues or realtionship problems, I start to get really mad at people on Halo and just start acting like what you just described. It's not something I'm proud of, but we can all get like that sometimes. Most of the time I'm cool to kids with lower levels and try to encourage them. I, myself, was 38 before the reset. So I try to help out every lower level than me.

It's too bad there aren't more people on XBL that have that mindset, most of them are extremely cruel and over-reactive.

I dont have XBL but i can tell from other online games that most players are like that. People with no life who like to feel superior by insulting someone in an animated battlefield.

Yep, it annoys the crap out of me and that is why I usually mute everyone.

That's a very totalitarian way to play the game.

"NOBODY has a voice!"

CasiosX, you'll run into many, many, jerks online. Some may be like me (I am sarcastic and I joke around, but if I see someone who genuinely needs help, or is new to the game, I definitely help), and others may maliciously be jerks who mean what they say if they say something mean. When dealing with those who are genuine -blam!-s, just ignore them. You can mute them if you want, or you can listen to their idiocy and get a laugh out of it.

It distracts me when I have some idiot in my ear yelling about dumb -blam!-. I play better when I'm not distracted. It's common sense.
