Why are some parents "tards and turds" for letting their kids play M rated games ? if they review the content and approve of it then who are you to criticize how people choose to raise their children ? The fact is that there are many other contributing factors to a childs upbringing that are far worse than that child playing a borderline violent videogame. Just because they annoy you doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to play it. Frankly i find the cocky frat boys who yell get raped whenever they get a kill to be more annoying. The ESRB rating is to restrict kids under 17 from PURCHASING the game without a parent.

actually in all states except for Hawaii you can be arrested for playing an M rated game if you are under that age of 17

What? No you can't. You just can't buy M-rated games if you're 17 and under.

No, that's actually a true statement. But it's easier to get caught in quicksand in the middle of your house.
