I know, I know, there's a "will it work thread" but I've searched the internet and that thread countless times and I can't find anything. So can someone verify whether or not Halo 2 Vista works well with the HD Radeon 2900 XT card? That's the card I'll be getting in my new computer soon you see.

Here you will need this to help you get your foot out of the back of your throat, looks llike its in there pretty deep. And what is that on your face? Egg?! *hands Kim a washcloth*

I am going to go out on a limb here and say no. But it won't be the card thats limiting you, it will be the user, you. If you can't figure out that a highend card can run a game when substantially less powerful card can run it, then don't bother.

I was more thinking of whether or not the drivers currently available for the card are specifically vista drivers so there aren't any complications. Smart alek.

It will run it, the drivers may be a little buggy and the card won't show its full potential, but you should easily be able to knock out this game at the highest possible resolution, highest details and max AA and AF.

The game itself is quite buggy, even with high end cards the game may slightly lag in a few places, but its the game not the card. And not to mention the game isn't very good on PC, your probably better of just getting an xbox emulator and play halo2 xbox on your computer. (not serious when i say that)
