can anyone tell me why when under combat stress, grunts will sometimes walk or amble with the same gait as flood infection spore carrier forms? Is this what happens to grunts when infected, I have only seen them killed not captured, or is it another clue to the intangible mystery surrounding halo colony worlds, a great idea, until it all goes horribly wrong,on the other hand perhaps the flood are just guard dogs, harmless to level 12 suits, but really effective at keeping out trespassers.

well, i don't think you can get half-infected grunts.... and the only other time I have seen a grunt walk like that is when they havent seen you...
and the other thing you said i have no idea what you were talking about. XD

i dont think they are grunts cause the books say combat forms eventually become carriers. case closed. read "the flood".

sorry for not replying earlier, I meant that normal grunts will sometimes walk the same way as carriers, so do they change into carriers, and is it possible that the flood were a form of guard dog, harmless to forerunners in level 12 suits and deadly to any trespassers that might get onto a halo colony world.
