Subject: For the Community!

Don't send me group invites.

I do show my support. I buy their games, buy their clothing, buy their action figures, buy their cups, and buy their mylars. I don't think changing my avatar to commemorate a few lost threads would be showing anymore support than I already do.
I was thinking that this idea would show a community unity kind of thing.

We as members of the b.net community band together and show our support.

Shows how much you know, traitor.

He has a point. And to be honest, I fully agree with him. Do not hate someone because they do not join in on the bandwagon.

Of course he has a completely reasonable valid point. Hell ill admit my statement is a flat out lie, he has been on these forums longer than both of us. But to not poke fun at the completely sane and reasonable thinkers of B.net would be wrong and by doing so the H4x0Rs and Ch3tZ3Rs would win.

Changing your avatar doesn't show community support, it shows community acknowledgment. And I've already done that.

Unity.

The idea behind a community is to be united under the idea of one thing. We are all here because we love the games bungie makes, so we're already united, hence the words "bungie community". The avatar that I have? It is related to bungie, therefore I am already united to everyone else with one that relates to bungie.

I agree with you completely, just you posting in this thread is enough support. Just do what you feel is right.

Suffice to say that sometime, a moderator is going to end this account permenantly.

Bungie will never fall!

Power corrupts; absolute power corrupts, absolutely.

Honestly, I have no clue about what happened tonight. I've only heard some rumors about Pezza, but that's it. However, since I support Bungie, I will change my avatar to the fistful of lightning until Friday.

Long live Bungie!

because if seeing is believing,
then believe that we have lost our eyes

I'm surprised so many people are saying they love Bungie when they acted like a bunch of ten year olds when the hacking was going on.

Oh.

I was about to come here and report a bug after I read three threads in a row that included only one avatar.

Whatever.

I think the community had a wake up call today. The spammers, trolls, flammers, mods, the respected and everyone in between can relate to this event in a certain way. by changing our avatars i think that shows that we not only care for the community, but that we want change. Whatever happens to bungie.net, we will all be united, but cant we all be united and respect eachother? The main thing i think this community needs to realize is that respecting other members is a key element in a community.

I guess all i'm trying to say is that the community needs change, this recent event is a perfect example.

Sorry to say, but this is just... silly. Threads can be retyped, and members unblacklisted. I think I'll do my remembering in my head.

Not all threads.

*looks for the Flood library*Nothing. :-(

Just search for the stories.

You realize there were over 100 pages in that thread, and many more stories than that, by multiple authors.

I worked for a couple hours and barely got anything.
