Well I haven't called them about it yet, but I've emailed to no avail. My 360 was actually *just* serviced, rather they gave me a refurb.
Just FYI, they'll never say too bad, in fact they just tripled the length of the warrantee period and said they would refund the "small number" of people who had to pay for repairs... it's generally not a good idea to make assertions that aren't based in fact, people tend to respond negatively.
