Well then, this sucks. I understand your reasoning Achronos, but I sort of need to vent.
He has taken my Xbox Live Account, thus being able to steal money from me. Now I am stuck on Microsoft's Customer Support trying to get them to cancel my account. And there is literally no way of telling them that my account was hacked since he has changed all the information at his fingertips. So I am stuck here helpless. My email is gone, my Microsoft Passport is gone, my gamertag is gone, everything gone. I am disappointed with how this worked out, but alas, there is no way that it could have gone differently. So, I thank everyone that has tried to help, and I thank Achronos for being so understanding when this all started. So, looks like it is time to start over, that is, if at all.
