Video Games Live is a concert put on by former video games composers that has a symphony orchestra play music from the most popular video games. I just went two weeks ago and it was well worth it. They played music from Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy, Zelda, Mario, Warcraft and of course Halo. They played this medley of classic video games that will take a thirty-something like myself down memory lane. They finished up with Halo and trust me, your computer does not compare to a full symphony orchestra with an accompaning choir in a concert hall. Marty's music sounded amazing, especially when they played the Halo3 trailer. I was so pumped when they hit the last note with Finish the Fight on the big screen. A bunch of people, including myself jumped up and were screaming with our fist in the air. Don't miss this if it comes to your area, and take your parents they like it too.

Oh yeah, the funniest part was when they just started playing the WoW music someone yelled,"Leeeeroy" and the rest of us chimed in, "Jenkins!"

While this may be out of place, I must agree, Video Games Live is fantastic. I don't care how nice of a speaker system you have, a full symphony is so much better. Like Iggwilv said, if it comes to your town, it is well worth seeing, and you will certainly not regret it.
