My uStalk page is a little messed up for some reason. Take note of the: 12/31/1969 5:00 PM time and date...

Is Ustalk down? Everything else is working fine, glad to see this useful tool is still going!

Because you have to use your UID. You can find it by using People finder.

Make sure to put this number in the UID spot for yourself 1837598
The gamertag link in the profile drop down when you click the little arrow to the right of someone's user name / title also has the uid in it.

Is there something wrong? Because my Mod stalk hasn't updated since yesterday..
Odd. Something seems to be preventing profiles from updating... I'll check into it.

EDIT: Hmm... this is really weird. Please use Firebird's mirror until further notice.

Can we hear details and predictions for the recovery?

As far as I can tell, there is nothing wrong with the server. I have contacted the webteam to see if anything could be preventing us from accessing their servers, and I'm currently awaiting a response from them. I'll keep you updated.

I'm not sure when the service will be able to resume, so for now, you should use Firebird's mirror.

Thanks for your patience.

Good news! Whatever problem was preventing the server's connection to Bungie.net has apparently been resolved. We're back online! =D

Ah, I see, thank you very much! I'll sort it out later.

hmm... If a sixty day card is thirty dollars, that makes WoW cost 50 cents/day. The African child I support costs me a dollar/day. Therefore 1 African child's life = 2 WoW subscriptions.

Can someone please tell me what's wrong with my user stalk?

The problem is that you used memberID's instead of User ID's. You can check this by clicking on the avatar on the uStalk page.

Here's how to get the UID (from the TOM T 117 asking a similar question above)

How do you find it if they don't have a linked gamertag?

Edit: Never mind, I found it. Thanks!

How exactly do you fill it out? Sign in on the U-stalk page, then it says UID, Alias, and Avatar. What do I fill out for Alias?

Their username.

Or in mycase for my U-Stalker
I put the Users Username & Title.

I finished adding one user, and now it says "unable to stalk user" to everyone else I try to add.

You need to enter their unique UID in the UID box. So far, you have Killane's name and avatar correct, but you didn't enter his UID so the system interpreted that as a 0 (and no user exists with that UID, btw).

You are getting that error because the system thinks you're trying to add the same person more than once. You should delete the current entry and add it again with the correct UID in place.

You can find a user's UID by clicking on their gamertag on the drop down box in the forums, or by using the people finder. The UID will be in the URL of their profile page. (Note that MemberIDs are not the same as UIDs)

Just noticed this: A user's uid is also in the groups link (http://www.bungie.net/Account/Profile.aspx?uid=1545001&page=Chapters) which is useful for people who don't have gamertags associated with their accounts.

Oh, cool! That makes it much easier. :)

Is it possible to make it for groups, but have a individual one for each group.

I'm talking about the Mod Stalk that goes above Top Forum Topics.
Possibly.

It would be cool if groups could "link" their uStalk list to their group, much like how you can link your account with your gamertag. So, if you have the script, and you go into a group that has linked their group with their list, it will automatically display it for you in that group.
